Returns Should it be necessary to return an item, we will happily refund undamaged items in accordance with the restrictions outlined in this section. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping the package, within a period of 7 days of receipt of original purchase. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package or it will not be accepted. A RMA number can be obtained by e-mailing us at service@charmingwholesalejewelry.com. It is better to insure the package. All merchandise will be inspected and must be free from damage, alterations, or wear. We will not be responsible for lost or packages damaged by the shipping company. You will receive a refund for the full amount of the items excluding the original shipping expenses and excluding a restocking fee. A refund will be electronically credited to Card Holder's account within 7 business days of return receipt. Items that are special order or that have been altered may not be returned.

Payment We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Please note that the charges will appear against "CPPI". Our order checkout module is on a secure server to protect your credit card information. Charges will be made when the order is ready to ship. We do not allow shipping addresses different from the billing address on your credit card. All credit card orders are subject to verification. Please make sure you supply any requested information, and provide us with easy means of getting back to you if need be, so that your order can be processed without unnecessary delays. [TOP]
Shipping We offer convenient shipping methods for delivery within the United States, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 10 a.m. will be shipped the next business day. During the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to choose between delivery methods and view the actual shipping charge for your order. Orders are served on a first come, first ship basis provided the items are in stock. The Customer will be notified of any delay by email. If you choose UPS Shipping - they DO NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes. Saturday delivery is extra.. For ALL orders we will be validating shipping and billing information. Assuming we have no difficulty validating, orders will be shipped in two to three business days.
Some deliveries may require signature. We are neither responsible for the failure of the carrier to demand this, nor can we request that they do not. Sales Tax We are located in Dallas, Texas, USA. We are required to collect sales tax from Texas residents or for purchases delivered in Texas. It will be added to your order total. Texas sales tax does not apply for items shipped outside of Texas to residents of other states. We do not collect sales tax for other states.
